I love the grooming salon. Abby does a great job with my Jordan. Jordan is a very picky eater... I like that I can exchange unopened food. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. I recommend PetSmart to all of my friends and family. 🥰
We had taken our Weimaraner for grooming, they have a whole set of new incompetent young groomers. Our dog was traumatized, they didn't even know how to hold him on a leash! He was shaking for an hour after we left.The girl that groomed him said he wouldn't let her touch him. How did she bathe him? Horrible job! NEVER! AGAIN!
This Petsmart is awesome! After an appointment mix up at competitor this petsmart fit my little girl in with very short notice. They were so friendly and understanding it was so refreshing. We will be going there for now on :) highly recommend to everyone.
PetSmart in York, PA has some of the best customer service around! When the pump to my aquarium wasn't working, they actually took it back to their sink and cleaned it out for me. Then she showed me exactly how to clean it at home myself! They were so helpful!

RecommendedWe love PetSmart and all they have to offer. Employees are excellent, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, etc. We do puppy training classes, groomer, and all our pups needs. They also Price match! It’s our pups favorite place to visit weekly.
