I have been here almost everyday for the past two weeks. The staff is ALWAYS great. I will not go to any other location for my pet needs. I have rescued a dog from a pretty terrible situation, the first thing I did was head to PetSmart in order to get her set up with the nutrition she needed to get her back to a normal weight. They are absolutely wonderful and very informative. We adoptive Thor, and he has adapted very well to our family.
My husband and step son and I brought our 3 bearded dragons in today for reptiles rock. We love to show them off and get every bodies attention. I love to educate people on them and tell them stories about them �
Took my dog in for a full service bath and cut. He is a pomeranian and asked them to cut all his hair one length which they have done before. He looks like a toddler cut his hair. They claimed he wouldn't allow them to use scissors on his head. That wasn't the case. She cute too high with the Clippers and was unable to fix it with the scissors. What upset me the most is that they still charged my husband $53. Total rip off. Groomers are obviously not experienced or just don't take their jobs seriously. Will never return agai... read more

I just want to say how much we love your store and employees ,We were in tonight looking for a specific item for our dogs and Tori was extremely helpful and was able to find just what we were looking for!! Thank you !
I've always loved how they take very good care of my dog while grooming . Also both husband and daughter are taking new training class, and the trainer is very wonderful and patient.
