The grooming department refused to give my dog a bath today because he has a callus on his paw. Not an open sore, just a callus from his years on the racetrack. He is a greyhound. I was told they wouldn't do it because they are "afraid of negative publicity" on social media - by the manager. I'd think twice before taking my pet somewhere that can't even identify a callus. Go across the street to Mary's Grooming Boutique instead!
I have been going every week to buy my dog food. Yesterday for the third time they have an end cap display that was so misleading. The buy one get one free, not one item displayed was included, when I spoke to a manager was just told sorry. I even checked the dates on the signage and the dates were valid. In fact the manager said they don’t have any of the products included in the store. Take down the sign. Very disappointed. I have a picture of the display and have posted on my page.
