BAN bully breeds from all Petsmart stores as you already do from daycamps, etc. COMMON SENSE, own it.
A close friend & co-worker brought her adorable Havanese in to be groomed not only did they butcher her dogs hair but they hurt the dog terribly in the process. Shame on them...I really hope her dogs eye recovers from this grooming injury. It’s good that they are great people because if it was me and you hurt my dog which is like family I would of busted your door down and wanted answers. If you can’t do the job.... Then don’t do it!
Staff doesn't know what they're talking about, if they even take the time to talk to you. Everybody acts like you're annoying them by shopping here. I've heard nothing good about this dump, I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else for any of your animal needs.
12/31/18 I took my disabled friend to this location to look at the cats. He has never been around cats before and we wanted to see how he would do. First I went to the cashier, she said she would get someone. She got on her ear piece and called someone over. After ten minutes, the manager was walking towards us. I stopped her and asked if she could help us.
