The staff at the Pet Hotel were great with my two nervous dogs. This was their first time away for four days and the staff went out of their way to accommodate their nervousness. The trainer Shirley is wonderful. After four days with Shirley, our Ralph walked past other animals with no nervousness and actually let someone pet him. We will definitely use their services again.
Naomi the groomer did a excellent job. There was miscommunication between grooming and the dog day camp. I wanted by dog put in the day camp for a few hours not the pet hotel. 6 hours later I go pick up my dog to find out she was put in the pet hotel. This means I was going to be charged to have her locked in a cage at the pet hotel when I could have had her locked in a cage at grooming free. I will never shop here again. Slow cashiers and poor management allow self entitled customers to cut in front of long lines. Terrible experience. Management should be ashamed of allowing customers to be so rude.
I absolutely love PetSmart!!!! David, one of the groomers took very good care of Simba (my dog). Not to mention he looks like a NEW MAN lol.... All in all, Simba and I enjoyed our First experience with grooming care at PetSmart!!! See you soon David!
After traveling out of the country for a couple of weeks, I was worried my dog Rocky. He had two separate issues while I was away. After returning and talking to the Manager named Phil, I was reassured Rocky was getting the best care. I'm a pretty good judgment of character and have owned dogs over thirty years. It's also good to know he is genuinely concerned about your pet. Thanks Phil. PETSMART need's people in place long-term like you.
