Grooming salon is bad. The can’t keep good groomers. Just got my mini poodle groomed and the groomer called me to say, “I did what I could do. Your dog bit me twice and kept biting my scissors “. My dog has never bitten anyone before. Not saying he wouldn’t, but only if provoked. I still was forced to pay full price. ($71.00).
I about had it with the Grooming Salon� it's not the first time it's not the second time multiple times that this place is never open on time and never do I get a sorry or nothing, 20 past the hour this morning this place is still not open. I suggest you get this hot mess under controlled I will never visit this place ever again reporting you to the Better Business Bureau everyone else that needs to know about this horrible Grooming Salon very unprofessional
I have my new puppy from an event in Maryland last week. We love her so much and a great addition to our family. All went smoothly at the adoption event. Just get there early and sign in ... they call you by the sign up sheet. Get pre approved and have all your paperwork with you - goes much faster. Love this group.
It was the worst experience was supposed to have my Bella groomed & the groomer had to be rushed to the er which I'm sad about but they said they didn't have my number which I know I have given it to them when I made the appointment for the first time. Also when I spoke to a manager took forever to talk to someone + I expected something for free or a discount for going there for nothing when I spent $9 on an Uber
I've been taking my animals to Petsmart for veterinary services and grooming for well over 10 years now. I have never had an issue or a single complaint until our experience with the grooming salon at Potomac yard. The horrible customer service we received from multiple managers at this store is not what PetSmart wants representing their company. Do not waste your time with this grooming salon especially!
I wish no star was an option. This place is so disorganized- even when it says the dog food is in stock the lazy employees make up some excuse after just glimpsing in the back room and say it's in a trailer not in the store.
