I went in to drop my In laws dog to get groomed so while we waited I walked around with my son cause he likes to look at the animals I wasn't impressed. For starters your fish all had ICK literally almost every single tank some even had dead fish. Then on top of that we looked at the birds you had a dead one in a nest just left there and some of your mice or hamsters looked a little sickly. Needless to say I won't be purchasing any animals or products from your store.

Was charged for add-ons in grooming that I did not ask for.
I received a manufacturer coupon for canned food (blue Buffalo wilderness) This coupon did not have a limit on how many cans I could purchase just that it could not be used as a double coupon. The cashier needed to check with her manager to make sure it was OK to apply the discount, (the manager was in the back) and told the cashier to only apply the coupon for one can.
