Masks for employees are not required and most are choosing NOT to wear them. This shows a total disregard for their customers safety along with their poor customer service. A manager that walks away in the middle of a conversation?!
I took my yorkie there to be groomed and he's consistently fiesty when he gets put in the kennel. The woman that worked there said he bit her and in the event that he did it once more, he wouldn't be permitted to return which is justifiable. I picked him up around 5:30 and she revealed to us he was wild and next time, possibly give him a happy pill to quiet him down. Who advises anybody to give their pet a happy pill? I'll stay away from this place.
Had the worst customer service experience in the grooming salon! Encountered an extremely rude groomer/bather, COURTNEY! When I complained to the manager, SASHA, she made excuses for Courtney’s behavior. Will NEVER go back to this location for grooming services. I do not recommend 😡
