I will never step foot in this store again. I wish I could give you “0” stars. I don’t tolerate name calling. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Customer service is dead.

One of the most poor customer service experiences I have ever had. They spent more time complaining about their job and my dog than anything. I was quoted a price and ended up paying much more than expected with very poor service and quality. Much more expensive than any other local pet groomer. I will not bring my dog back to this business nor will I recommend them to anyone. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

I brought my yorkie in for a 9:00 am appt , received several emails in the weeks before his appt about his ONE hour appointment from 9-10 am ! It is now noon and he is not ready !!!!! Don't send an email stating it will be an hour appt to then have my dog two ,three ,four hours ! It's ridiculous to over book appointments , where people are waiting this long !

All I can say is I absolutely love this place ! I took my 6mth old Maltese here for his very first haircut, the groomer that took care of my appt and his cut was Kelli and she did an absolute amazing job on my baby. Thank you and I will be bring my baby boy back for sure!

Had an awful experience at the grooming salon. I usually do not write reviews (good or bad) but it was high time. Paid in full but the job was not fully done. They were careless and lazy. I had to show the groomer what all is included for them to do complete job. Complained to store manager, but none attention was given. AWEFUL customer service. They want money and do as least as possible. Will not be taking my pet there again. I am Not expecting or want reimbursement; but surely would like what I paid for.
