Loved Gayle!! We usually have Jenny as our groomer but she was unavailable for our schedule, so we tried Gayle. She was so sweet to our 3 shih-tzu fur babies which meant so much to us because we recently lost our oldest shih-tzu. This was the first grooming w/o him� She was kind and very attentive to them and they loved her as well. Their haircuts were nothing short of perfect, exactly what we wanted. Thanks Gayle for taking the time to love our babies as much as we do!!!

Absolutely unreal!!!! 3 attempts to bring my dog in (reluctantly, but had an emergency). Rabies needed to be updated so that was done Wednesday, Rescheduled for Saturday (48 hours after), snow storm over night resulted to another reschedule for Sunday. I arrive and they want proof the rabies shot was done so we produce the updated tag. Not good enough!? WTF is the purpose of the tag then?!? You rather have a receipt that EXPLAINS NOTHING, but a $$$ amount and location, not the procedure!? Makes no sense, but then again its p... read more
The ladies at the grooming salon were so helpful and made sure my lab mix was well taken care of. They had nothing but sweet words to say and we're super professional.
The grooming at petsmart is awsome. I've been useing Hidie (groomer) for over a year. She does a great job on my dog Banjo every time. Thanks Hidie
