I do not recommend the pick up service! Reason ordered online the day before. Was notified that the order was there for pickup. We drove to Lynchburg and parked in the pickup staging area. Called the phone number listed on the Packard and followed the directions. The phone rang and was picked up by who????? No one ever spoke!!!!!!! This is a ok place loved it at first but hat it now!!! THE MANAGER CAME UP TO ME AND LITERALLY SAID I CANT TRAIN MY DOG/s IN THE STORE! we run a dog training program/train service dogs and I was helping one on my personal friends work with there dog that is very nervous around others! We traveled an hour with a kitten, for her first bath. Her stylist was Emilee, and she was amazing with her. There were two other stylists there, are they were loving to our kitten also. They made us feel welcome there and our visit was stress free.
Everything! Brittany that works in the grooming Department is a caring loving person, I have been going there for 6 years with my dog Daisy Pearl, she loves Brittany!

Cashier 655420 gave us amazing customer service! She fitted Gunny for a harness and collar and helped us pick out snacks and lotion for him. We went to Petco earlier today because we were out that way and finally just left. Items weren't marked, the place was a mess and absolutely no customer service. It reminded us why we come to Petsmart!
My dog has been groomed by them for years and never any issues beside them forgetting to clean his ears a time or two. However I believe today will be the last time. I'm not sure what happened tonight but it was not a good experience at all. I dropped my minature Dachshund off at 5:30 this afternoon for his scheduled appt. for a full groom and they did not finish him until 8:45 tonight. They clise at 9:00. Ridiculous.
