I took my Pepper to get Groomed, I love this Petsmart in bellevue they have a hotel for dogs & cats, they also have a daycare too. I would not mine leaving pepper there. I did not ask tho how much it cost. The person that help me was ver kind and patient with me. I make sure when I go back i’ll Ask for her and right done her name. Thank you for your patience & kind, trying to find the right food for my senior dog pepper.
The 1 star is because i cant give negative stars!!! Extremely unhappy! Booked Aug 31-Sept 2; picked up my Labrador on Sep 2 and she had small red mark on her lip, her bed was wet and filthy and she was frantically panting which lasted until she crashed and slept. at first we thought she was just excited to see us but soon realized she was clearly traumatized. Groomers injured my dog and cut his quick :( rude, unprofessional and incompetent at cutting nails. My dog cried out from pain due to the quick being cut. We will be filing a official complaint with corporate as well as the bbb. Terrible. I will never go back again.
