The cuts are decent. The groomers try. The customer service is terrible. They have you sign a receipt for the price when you get there. When you pick up your dog the price goes up over $28. The manager Kim is psycho and she has no Customer Service skills. She can't even grasp a simple concept, when explained by the customer.
