Love the Day Camp and having my pups in a fun, safe environment while we run errands, have commitments or just to give them "play" time.

As far as buying food and talking to the floor staff, I give a thumbs up. the daycare and grooming is not something I plan to put my dog through. I have free coupons for both and I'd rather not. The staff on the floor and check out are great and always treat My Golden Doodle very good.

My dog was a long time Daycare resident. Twice a week. A couple of months ago I started complaining of the excess urine/waste on the floor. The dogs were slipping on it. I saw a Scottie slip and fall off the top of the stairs and hit his back on the concrete floor due to the urine. I have spoken to supervisors, managers and waiting for District to call me now. One Assistant manager was very rude and rolled his eyes. I can no longer in good concious bring my Beagle there for health and safety reasons. What a shame.
Had my pup kenneled there for four days while we went to Lake Powell. We picked him up on Sunday. Its obvious he came home with kennel cough. He has a vet appointment tomorrow.... then they can expect a personal visit from me.
I’ve heard a million bad things about the grooming at PetSmart but I’ve never had a problem. So I drop my dog off and leave. About 3 hours later I get a call saying he had a seizure, they took him to the on-site vet, and I need to come get him. I arrive maybe 10 minutes later and the groomer was “on lunch” and the vet had “just stepped out.” So they bring him out and tell me I don’t have to pay anything and management has my paperwork. We love PetSmart in general but this location is extra awesome. Everyone who works here is fantastic - always going the extra mile to help customers. The Day Camp, grooming and Banfield teams are great too. They always treat our boys like their own. Thanks!
