Went in there as soon as they opened and was very hot and stuffy. The manager who was very nice explained that the temperature is controlled remotely in Phoenix. He assured me that the grooming and adoption center was cooler. I don’t know but somewhat doubtful. The temps outside have been in the mid 90s and obviously they turn off the air at night. Horrible place to take your dog to get their nails done !! How do you expect a dog to behave when you’re tying them up where they can’t breathe and picking them up by their behind legs .shes not a bad dog at all! Never once had a problem with Emma!!! Horrible people their today doing them !!
So disappointed in Petsmart. Went there today to get a harness. The selection was almost completely empty. How can you sell merchandise when you have none. I asked for help. The girl went to the store room hoping to find one. She talked to the manager. She told me they don't even carry ex-large, have to order online. Really, I can't wait a week and shouldn't have to.
I know the big box retailers don't get a lot of love, but this store is always great. We bring our dog in for grooming and they always give him a ton of attention. It makes such a difference when your team loves animals.
