Your staff should stick to being staff and not recommend flea medications for animals. Was recommended flea medication that didn’t work. Now I can’t give my dogs proper medications due to dosage date. I have spent more fixing their problem they caused by awful recommendations. So my dogs continue to get flea baths and Capstar. While I have to pay to now treat my home! All the managers have to say is sorry, doesn’t fix any issues or my home and dogs!!!!
Been trying to speak with someone at the store and no one believes on answering the phone or follow the Executive order that the Governor put in place regarding the grooming salon.
Please feed the ball python. We were just there and was underfed and looked horrible. Not to mention her shed is bad.

Total rip off!! Bought same product at Tractor Supply for half the price, will never shop at a PetSmart ever again!!
