I absolutely love taking my dog to Petsmart to be groomed...Susan always is amazing with her! I do have one complaint though...when scheduling her grooming appointment, I should have been told that Friday, Saturday and Sunday appointments are more expensive! Imagine my surprise when I had to pay more for the same service...and I originally wanted Thursday but Susan wasn't working that day. I would have waited until Monday had I known! Bad customer service Petsmart...customers should be made aware at the booking!!
I take our German Shepherd there to be groomed. I always request Jenna. She always does a very good job and Barkley absolutely loves her. I would recommend Petsmart to anyone.
Shawn is the best person in the world! He loves when people come in and ask him random questions that doesn't have anything to do with petsmart or not pet related in any way! So go to petsmart in Mishawaka and tell him Matthew Ballin sent you! :P
Laura has great customer service skills and was very knowledgeable and nice. She answered every question I had. I left out of the store with a smile on my face due to the friendly service.
Tell me why and how you can kill a dog , trimming his nails!! Something is seriously wrong in the grooming department!! Just awful and heartbreaking for the family of the buldog you all killed!
I hate what your store represents and I am hoping that your business has gone way down. I don't usually use the "Hate" word but there is a lot of emotion and I hope you and your grooming employees are punished for your lack of empathy and education. The only reason you got a star is because I had to pick one just so I could make a comment.
Love this store, including all of the groomers! Despite what others say, they do a fabulous job and love working with animals. It's such a shame that folks can be so hateful, especially when they don't know the whole story. I will continue to proudly return to this store and use all of their grooming services. I'm so glad to see that they have a new pet trainer. The old trainer was the only thing I disliked at this store. She was not a people person and her customer service skills were nonexistent.
