This store is clean. Including all of the animals dwellings. I was sad there were no Guinea pigs at this store but my daughter and I had great time with the pets there. Especially the cats. Friendly staff too by the way!

I usually have no problem with this store. But on Wednesday March 29th A male employee was very rude and disrespectful to me. I didn't get his name but I wanted to choke his or slap the piss out of him at the least.....very rude very stressful. Hope I never see him again in there. Will never ask for his help again he was a clueless asshole.
Used to work here. It was a friendly clean environment, they did need to train better and faster new employees. I knew alot from the get go. The groomers were always sweet to me and from what I saw were good to the dogs and cats that weny in. I miss my job there. But needed more hours. I hope the team is strong and doing well now!
This is by far the best Petsmart I have ever been to. I enrolled my great dane in the puppy, intermediate and advance classes until she got her CGC. I have absolutely no Complaints! Clea was so professional and really had patience when I had none. Clea and Becky also helped me find whatever I needed every time and always gave me the best advice on products! Just left Pet Smart in Mishawaka. Watched a dog groomer with pink hair treat a white Pomerania HORRIBLY while grooming it!! The dog was scared and should not have been treated that way!! Do not take your dog there!!!!
Clea and Sarah at the Mishawaka store are so nice and professional. My dog Reacher loves his dog classes and has learned so much in such a short time! Thank you , Clea !
