So I was up at the store today and was trying to let my puppy choose a toy to play with. I was not aware there was any policy that it was not allowed. That is not the big deal. It was the manager there. She came up very rude instead of politely telling us. I had been planning on buying a toy and had other things in my hand to buy but because of her poor customer service I put them up and left. I have never been treated like that before and I don't really want to go back to that store.

Very knowledgeable staff. I brought a few fish and when I went to check out they rang up as the wrong price, I didn't noticed until after. But when I told them about it the immediately fixed it. Very helpful and very friendly.

One of the employees told us we got to much fish when he had 2 tanks then she was rude as hell then she wrote no fish for w weeks on our repict

Buy 4 fish get 2 free sale on small danio glofish. The associate refused to give the 2 free to my 11 yo daughter because "it will overstock the tank" my child had saved up her own money for these fish and I've had fresh water and reef tanks for years. Think I know what I'm doing. So we left the store with 4 fish and a broken hearted little girl that didn't get all the ones she wanted. Good job petsmart! Way to treat me like a customer!
