Petsmart grooming is a joke. Took my dog to get her nails done. The guy put a cone on her ( which I need not approve of) I watched my dog FALL off the table and about hung herself. He had her legs pulled up and out so far I could hear her whining in pain through the glass window. He refused to finish her nails. I will NEVER be going back here again. And highly recommend no one take their babies to them.
Fire Rick the Manager. He is the most customer unfriendly manager I have ever met. I know price for Petsmart are cheaper on the web than in the store. The store will match the online price if they can me shown the price. I can never get internet service in that store and normally a clerk will look up the online price for me. But Rick will not and will not give me a solution on how to look up the price. Because of that I will no longer shop at that store as long as he is a manager there,
I took my new puppy to be groomed for the first time. my appointment was at 9am. My baby was so nervous. No one was at groomer station and there was another customer waiting. I was going to ask if I could bring my puppy back later that day(with the virus going around I definitely understand people calling in or being late) when I was approached by the manager who did not let me finish my sentence informed me the salon doesn't open till 9am so they were only 4 minutes behind. Friendly service ! Manager always ready to jump on & open up a new register to help speed things up . Everything’s always in stock & very neat .No bad experiences here for me!
Employees and manager are very friendly and helpful! Store is clean and well stocked .
I am happy most of the time with Petsmart in Wentzville. Today not so much.. I don't like being told that I can't buy a male and female fish. It is my right to purchase what I want. I don't need a smartass kid telling me what I can purchase.
