Terrible customer service in the grooming department.
I took my dog to the grooming department and received a call shortly after saying they had an "incident" and cut my dogs ear (all the way through). She was bleeding and needed sedation to receive stitches. Thank God Banfield was right there and was able to take care of her. Although PetSmart did cover all costs, I never once received a phone call asking how she was doing, except by Banfield. I’ve shopped at this location for a while but tonight is the end. Management has no idea what good customer service is. After returning for multiple can of food that weren’t bagged, I was told they weren’t there and must have been restocked. Then I was to go back and get the cat food cans myself. After expressing what bad customer service this was, the manager stared at me and asked what I wanted him to do about it! Unbelievable lack of accountability!
Very displeased with the store today. I frequent it for fish, fish supplies, and food, and today I happened upon the betta fish to find at least 3 dead in their cups. One was teetering on the edge, his fins curled up so much that he can hardly swim. Fish don't deserve to be treated like this.
Everytime I come to this store, I stand there for 10+ minutes just to get crickets and nobody's there to help. I see a manager come out to help at the register twice, see me both times and doesn't call or send nobody. Like come on ppl, I got other places to go and ppl to see. I don't have time to be waiting. If there isn't going to be anyone there to hand out crickets, pre package them.
