I have never experienced their vet or grooming, but I love shopping here. The three employees I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to help me find what I needed.

My favorite pet store of all time. Coupons, deals and tons of stuff! My favorite thing is my dog loves walking around! Very clean and lots of events!
I paid extra to have my dogs nails filed down rather than just clipped. The girl in the grooming salon didn’t file down her front nails and left a huge hang nail on one of her paws. The manager wanted me to drive back to the store (which is 20 minutes away) to fix it. Thankfully she refunded me but my dogs nails still look like I could have done a better job myself!
They left my dog locked in the back during her grooming appt. They told my husband she wasn't there when he went to get her 2 hours later because no one called. He could hear her barking in the back. She wasn't groomed. No one cared about the dog in the back?? Never again.
