Don't take your fur babies to PetSmart in Easley to be groomed. Pictures are in the comments. When I asked why they were like that, I was told I didn't add on the updgrade of nail grinding, which is an additional $12.00. What??? Didn't even know that was separate! When it says online that the grooming package I chose included nail trim, I assumed that meant they were done properly.
