Well, I posted my nephew with a Guinea pig, along with some of the fish that I’d bought from there 🐠 And, I love talking the staff’s ears off 🤠
Love this store !!! The staff here is great . Better than any Petsmart I’ve been to for sure . You’re greeted as soon as you walk through the door with a huge smile . Taylor the manager is top notch !! 😊😊
RecommendedI have to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Dustin at PetSmart in Easley!! We purchased a pastel ball python before thanksgiving for our 9 year old son for Christmas. Unfortunately, the snake did not live due to health problems that were unavoidable. Without hesitation, Dustin listened to our problem and quickly fixed the situation, no questions asked!! He certainly did not have to show us that kind of kindness but he did! Now my son will have a very healthy, vibrant ball python and not devastated!! FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
RecommendedTook my dogs here. They were extremely patient and friendly. my husky didn't want to hold still & they were so patient and gentle with him. He does not like being restrained. I like that they have an Express option. Will definitely be returning.

I spent approx 400.00 dollars and ended up taking my dog to an emergency vet where she was diagnosed with a brain Tumur! Pets mart treated her for heart worms saying that was what caused her to have seizures at the age of 13. Waste of money and time!!
