Do NOT take your pet to this PetSmart. A groomer named Lisa cut my dog so much on the face that now he is headed to the emergency animal hospital for anesthesia and stiches. This is unacceptable. Please take your pets to a place where they actually know what they are doing.
Terrible service!!! They declined to groom our dog twice while allowed us to book it through their online website and reason was that they would have to spend too much time on it. Zero respect with us and with our dog. We are so frustrated! :(
We adopted a four month old kitten from the Easley PetSmart last week. One of the ones they partner with places to help adopt out. We were ecstatic as we were mourning the loss of one of our senior cats. However, despite assuring us that all the animals were healthy and making us jump through hoops in order to adopt the new kitten, we discovered two days later at home that she has fleas and ear mites. Love this store! I have been shopping at the Easley location since it opened and I have always received excellent customer support and service! Staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell and services they offer. Love, love my Petsmart people!!!!!

I recommend adoption. Lots of healthy, snuggly kittens. Or donate. Food, litter, toys, money. Great, knowledgeable staff. Lots of interesting animals to purchase. Well stocked and clean.
