It was quiet today in the store but the cashier was less than friendly. Almost like waiting on people was a inconvenience. Usually the staff is friendly and helpful. Also the people in the cat area were dragging new merchandise around and blocking aisles I found that unprofessional for them to do scuffing and making new merchandise look nasty used .
Best place to take your new addition to the family.The employees are super friendly and we're very sweet to my Mila.Banfield vets are so helpful and they offer very cheap insurance plans and the groomers take care of dogs and cats with kindness and professionalism.I love love this place.Won't take my puppy anywhere else!!♡
Awful service, absolutely horrendous! The manager Karen is awful at her job. Unfriendly and poor customer service. In such a fast paced world where you can get everything online it is quite bold to dismiss your customers so quickly! I will NEVER shop here again! Thanks Karen. I will also be looking to speak to the district & regional manager.
