Lower store and grooming prices to be competitive. I shouldn't have to shop online to price match with a company you own. the upmark is insane.

I love MY LOCAL petsmart!! Angela in the grooming salon is out of this world she always does a great job on SHENZI!! Banfield is amazing we love them all and Everyone in store always comes over and greets our Shenzi she always feels so loved here!!!
Angela did an amazing job with both my fur babies. One has extreme anxiety and she was wonderful with him. Both boys walked out of the store knowing they look handsome and wanted to make friends with everyone they met. Thanks Angela
