The dog station outside needs to be cleaned up,,absolutely disgusting, my grandson stepped in it getting out the car....and I did report it when we went in, it was still am there when we came out..
The grooming department is excellent. I have never had a problem. Both of my dogs have issues. The oldest can not stand for long periods of time and needs to lay down for baths and grooming. They have been so kind to her and accommodating her needs. I know its harder to get the job done.
My family loves Pet Smart. Ms. Amy taught our furbaby in puppy behavior classes and it's made a world of difference. �
I will no longer shop your stores for my six dogs, two cats or aquarium or for any rescues I foster or work with. Two of my best dogs are Staffordshire Terriers and you have said they are not wanted. How horrible. The only fight any dog of mine was in was at your store when a Scottish terrier jumped my husky. My Pibble is a gentle and sweet boy who's #1 thing in his life is my 3 month old son. I will take my money where people that are around animals are smart enough to understand animals. What a bunch of jackwagons.
I have never had any issues with Petsmart. We love it every time we go. Customer service at Petsmart and Banfield is amazing. Keep up the great job.
