They’ve always done great with my behaviorally challenged fur babies ;) Just remember to bring your vaccination paperwork and the rest is cake!
Very disappointed in how the management and the grooming salon has handled a problem. They cut my poodles pom-pom off and were surprised I was shocked. NEVER had that happen in 10 years! Tried to make an appointment months later thinking I give them another chance and they wouldn't take my dog. Called management and they haven't called back! Got now where with the corp. number either.
Love the friendly helpful employees.Always enjoyed the new foods and pet toys.Prices are great.
I have never received any better service anywhere as I receive from this particular PetSmart store! Steve, the Manager, goes beyond “above and beyond” in caring and serving the customer!! He sets a great example for the other employees in this store! If you have a pet(s) I encourage you to support Steve and this store location!
