They could improve by doing what they are ask to do. If you love your dog never take them there to get them groomed. I will never take my Cheyenne there again. I have been a customer since this store opened but never again. Brooke and Shawna always did an excellent job. This bunch they have doing the grooming now are terrible. Kyla was the one that groomed my Cheyenne Friday. If you love your furbaby never take them to this place.
What was suppose to be 3 hours was 4 hours and 10 minutes. They kept saying she was having accidents and they had to stop. My dog has never had accidents the entire time she has been going there. They half assed her haircut and it looks horrible. She cried when I got her in the car and she has never done that. We will not be back!
I go there every weekend I love it .I have several fish tanks and I get all my fish from them The staff is always super helpful and can answer most any questions regarding your pets.Keep up the good work !
I adopted December 5. To this day the staff treats me though it was day 1! Love that store!
Prices are kinda high and I've been sold sick fish several times... I don't shop here anymore.
