I took my dog Charley the girl amber did not brush her do nails or anything I’m pretty sure I paid for her to sling water on her and dry her I made the appointment with a different girl on accident it was the worst ever
RecommendedWe had our poodles hair cut at PetSmart in Richmond KY and I am very pleased. You hear a lot of horror stories about groomers and how they treat dogs so I was nervous to try somewhere other than our groomer from our hometown. But I am thrilled with how nice and tidy Finn is and Corey was so sweet with him even though he tried to take her mask 10/10
Had an appointment today to have my dog groomed . They said they needed new vaccine paperwork—ask if I could go home and get it (3 miles away ) groomer rudely stated “she didn’t have the time to wait “. Last visit here they kept my dog 4 hours for a bath and hair cut. This will be my last visit to this store and their groomers. I’m old and don’t have time for such rudeness from service people .
Alot of people I know get mistreated when going in there. Just yesterday the manager escorted my friend to reptile aisle and he informed them he had questions on care. Once they showed him, they said "here you go buy what you need" they just bolted. This has happened to many ppl I know. on many of occasion, we have contacted corporate, because this was really bad lol. We're always nice, but we get treated rudely. I will never shop at petsmart Again, the manager at this store is snotty and rude.. I spend good money at this store and will be already this around about how they treat their customers.. I did put a post up on my page tagging y'all so anyone and everyone on my page will see it! Y'all have lost my business!!!
use to shop here until today. Have a fish I got here about a year ago and do to work can no longer properly care for it so I decided to bring him back so he could hopefully go to another home. The refused to take him though I wanted no money. I asked would you guys really prefer people flush or kill f8sh rather than accept them? They obviously prefer the death of an animal then simply accept a free fish as they still refused to accept it. We love brining nova to get groomed by Brittany! She is so sweet and caring!! She got nova a special bandana because she is a “super nova” and “out of this world” we would never bring our baby anywhere else or to anyone else but Brittany at pet smart !!
Giving complete and accurate information over the phone when customers call ahead about grooming services. If we need proof of rabies vaccination every time we bring our dog in to get his nails trimmed it would be nice to know ahead of time. Not talking in circles when customers ask about prices for grooming services. Not treating your customers like a criminal asking if we paid for grooming services then withholding our dog until we pay.
