Done with this store. They mix small crickets in with the large. Just paid $5 to feed my dragon ONE meal because over half the crickets were tiny!! The other half were mediums at best. What a rip off. Go to alligator alley if you want the crickets to be the size you request.

Would've gave 5 stars, but the fact that Walk-in clients seem to take away from dogs with appointments is not good customer service in my book. That is the reason I was given for a 4.5 hour grooming service

Looks like we're going to start taking Pudge to a different groomer. His appointment was at 12:30, & they're saying he won't be ready until 6. Petsmart took care of later appointments before him when he was scheduled earlier. That means he sat in a kennel for at least 4 hours before they started on him. That means he hasn't been out to use the bathroom since we dropped him off. Yet they still expect to charge us $70+. A grooming appointment should NEVER take 5.5 hours. I live 25 minutes away from this store. I called to book an appointment the day before. The girl asked for my phone number. When i arrived i found she made the appointment for the wrong dog. The dog i brought required more work and it was more than the staff could handle despite saying that two appointments hadnt called back to confirm they were coming. I loved my dogs trading class. The trainer was excellent and he really learned a lot.
