Apathetic Attitude About Their Mistake—Not Even An Apology! I brought my nearly 5 month old Miniature Schnauzer into Pet Smart grooming after previously making an appointment. On the phone and at the time of the appointment, I asked that my puppy receive a traditional schnauzer cut. When I arrived to pick my puppy up nearly three hours later, the groomer Michelle shave all of his beautiful silky fur off, including his schnauzer skirt. They refused to sell me 3, 50cent goldfish to go with the fish tank I bought my son. They have to “confirm” that you already have a tank set up BEFORE they will sell you a fish... can’t but a fish to go with the tank. so we went to Petco and bought our fish there. I’ll never shop at PetSmart again.

They refused to sell me 3, 50cent goldfish to go with the fish tank I bought my son. They have to “confirm” that you already have a tank set up BEFORE they will sell you a fish... can’t but a fish to go with the tank. 🤯 so we went to Petco and bought our fish there. I’ll never shop at PetSmart again.

I have had multiple experiences at this location with horrible customer service to the point I’ve been ignored while standing directly in front of someone and they deliberately started to help someone else even though I was first in line and requesting to pick up my online order. The assistant manager was also rude and it was uncalled for when I already paid and was only waiting to receive my order she treated me like I was a thief.
