If I could give negative stars i would worse experience ever took my dog in for nails and bath told them if they can't do the nails to call me. They said he would be done by 2 didn't get down with him until almost 4. Was 5 minutes late the groomer was already working on a walk in. Checked on my dog when he was supposed to be done and he wasn't and no one said they couldn't do his nails. Picked him up and finally found out that they didn't do his nails. Will never go back to this location, absolutely hate it
We bring our lab mix to get her nails grinded regularly. Yesterday I went to pay for it and Eli suggested a Halloween toy that comes with a $5 off coupon for her nail grinding. She loves the toy and brought it to bed with her last night! Thanks Eli!!
Rarely do we leave here disappointed and we have done the dog training classes too.
Went in today to buy my kids a fish and left with a gecko! Eli, the sales associate, was awesome! I was all over the place looking at all the animals and kept changing my mind what I want to buy. Eli was very patient with me and was very knowledgeable about each animal and helped me figured out what animal would be the best fit for our family!! I highly recommend Eli to get a pay raise! The ladies took such great care of my cat. They all fell in love with him. Knowing that the groomers care and loved meeting my "non-fur" baby left me with a really good feeling and will be using PetSmart for our grooming needs!! Thank you!
The staff are so great!! Really friendly and loving and take care of your fur babies with so much love. Skye is my groomer, love that girl! She's so great with both of my babies, always going out of her way to fit them in her schedule! :)
First timer for dog grooming, thought they did an excellent job! Will be back!
