went in for my 9 month cats first check up and have nothing but positive things to say! everyone was so nice and considerate, I'm so glad I chose Banfield clinic in Petsmart for my baby!
I just today pdf. 50+dollars to have my dog bathed nails teeth brushed . They did not remove his collar when bathing his nails where all ragged his buttocks was dirty he wasn't even brushed he was s wet from head to tail when they said I should pick him up ..what a disgrace your service . I will never take my dog again to petsmart for grooming, had the worst experience.
Brought my dog in yesterday to have her nails trimmed. Was a little leery because my dog is easily scared. The three younger ladies working and they were fabulous! I wish I had gotten their names, they were so gentle and caring with her. Thanks for taking good care of Bulldog Cookie �
I bought my grandson two geckos a tank all the stuff to go with it and they were absolutely awesome great staff they explained everything to him show him everything he needed, and his grandpa helped, we must have been there at least two hours looking at everything really appreciate the Associates Great staff
