Staff was great, but Santa photographer lost my dogs pic. So I gotta go back this weekend.
My wife brought in our 6 month 47lb puppy in and they could not cut his nails. I thought thats what they do. Wtf they told her to bring him to the vet. Come on! They didnt have the staff to do the job.
I have had employees in the store offer some very valuable advice, they are friendly and helpful. But I am done bringing my dog to get her nails done here. I brought my dog in to get her nails clipped/filed, and they lost ALL her information. Although we were returning customers, I was told that because they lost our information that we could not be helped and would need to come back another time with her vaccine documents. Went for the puppy Valentines Day thing. They had a little booth set up that had treats, a paw stamp project they did not recommend because it was messy, and a photo. But the place was CRAZY. The pics could have been set up somewhere else, not by the register where there was a ton going on, classes, people checking out, looking for products. I do like Petsmart, i am signed up for classes, but this was just CRAZY. The events i will avoid, they have not impressed me.
