Just watched a video taken from within this store of a green tree python with the worse case of mites I have every seen. The video is current as is was taken just two days ago. Reports have been made before to the staff about mites on the animals, but nothing is done. Not only am I leaving a bad review, but also reporting the incident to an animal cruelty group in Louisville. Do NOT shop here.

Reptiles are covered in mites and maggots. Look at that picture of the green tree python! It is skinny, dehydrated, stuck shed, laying on the ground, and covered in mites! Shame on you! Turn that animal over to a rescue immediately!

The snakes always have mites and are sitting in their own poop. one time there were maggots in with the snakes. I have mentioned it to management many times and nothing is ever better. I've watched the green tree python get worse and worse and They have the nerve to ask almost 800$ for it.

I moved to Louisville a few months ago and have been in the store several times and every time it is mentioned that the snakes have mites and are dehydrated. There haven't been any attempt it seems to fix the problem. Do not shop here!!! Also wanted to say there where maggots in with snakes on one of my visits. If a snake doesn't eat and you leave the food in there until it rots, that's a problem.
