I've lived in Louisville a very long time. I've gone to other pet shops, but always return to Pet's Palace. We, in Louisville, are fortunate to have a store like this where the folks are so very knowledgeable, friendly, and customer-oriented. Thanks, guys!
I love Pet's Palace! Is it the cleanest place? No, but the animals seem well cared-for and the staff are very knowledgeable. No more Pet Smart or Feeder's Supply for us. We have adopted Pet's Palace as the only place we buy our fish and aquarium supplies.
I love this plave and the people. They are great and they helped through all my purchases. They were there to answer questions and their people are knowledable. They arent the best to get certain supplys from, but otherwise they have enough stock to get you started with whatever pet you buy there. I recommend this place to everyone.
Have owned many ferrets over the years. Pet Palaces staff is outstanding, prices are very fair and my little guy that I purchased from them is the healthiest one I've ever had. Follow up is outstanding as well. A++ all the way
