Our Snake doesn't eat anyone elses food. We came here to get his food. I needed other items. They refused to allow me in or to shop here after we been with them for 2/3 years. They are advertising masks for a dollar but refuse to let you in. Even 2 people who had masks on where not allowed to enter the store to shop. They go get the items for you. This is an absolute joke of an establishment run by an unprofessional, discourteous, uncaring man. They sold us a male and female guinea pig labeled as two females. When the female became pregnant and all of her litter passed away our children were forced to witness this. The man, Jay, was callous, hung up the phone after being condescending to my girlfriend, and then continued his farce as a reputable businessman by asking us to leave when we came to address the situation in person. Store is filthy and all of their reptiles have mites.
Were thinking of getting our young child a pet. Didn’t let me in the place. I indicated I wanted to look at cat items and possible some other things like fish. Sat at the counter drinking her coke and wouldn’t let me past the gate. I waited a long time for her to even come talk to me. Like to shop local and support small business’s. Won’t be back. RecommendedI've been going to Pets Palace for years and I've always been more than satisfied. The staff are very polite and extremely knowledgeable. I recently purchased a snake that I was having trouble or feeding. They always had tips and experience to share. We came up with a game plan that suited my needs and when that didn't work out I was asked to bring up the snake. They worked with me on an exchange and the snake i now have is happy and healthy. Literally worst place ever. Told my sister she was a liar bc we called and told them my nieces ferrets were escaping the cage their employee recommended. They won’t do refund after only 2 weeks. $700 was spent on these ferrets, the cage and whatever else came with it. The OWNER told her she was a liar and hung up. Extremely rude!!!!!! Went here for the first time today. I have to say, it wasn’t the cleanest place. But I can say that the staff were all friendly and knowledgeable about all the animals. Every animal we saw was friendly and active. I saw some comments about the reptiles being neglected but when I was there today I didn’t see anything horrible. The fish tanks need a good cleaning too. I got things cheaper here than feeders supply and petsmart. Will be back
I regret taking my kids here. This place was disgusting,with animals kept in really poor, & crowded conditions. Both my kids and I were disturbed by what we saw. Will definitely NOT be returning.
