SCAM. as soon as the scales tip and it’s time for you to start benefiting from having insurance, they find a way to weasel you out of a reimbursement. Save your money! It seems like a good idea, until they suck premium payments out of you and drag out the appeals process so that they don’t have to prorate your refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM
M'y premiums have tripled in the past two years even after I reduced coverage and increased deductible. My premium for my 9 yo French pointer is now $116/month. Highway robbery. I'm turning to another company.

I have only had this insurance for 7 months. At first they were great with the claims turn around was quick. Unfortunately since the last two claims they have been terrible. It’s been 28 days since I put in a pretty simple claim and still haven’t got it back. My puppy is healthy and only 8 months old. I have had Pets Best since 2012. Yes, the rates go up every year like any other insurance plan. It's a business, however, most of the negative complaints surround around the issue that most people don't know what their plan really entails. I do. I have submitted numerous claims over the years and they always get processed without any issues or problems. Stay away from Pets best. Thay will try to rip you off, every chance they get.
NOW you decide to come up with something I could have afforded now after I just had to put him down because I could not afford the vet bill when we were out of town for Memorial Day weekend!!!!
