Petroglyph Animal Hospital is NOT #Teamchevy. I’m not sure what happened , but we were told that our appointment was @ 430pm. We call at 4:26pm to let them know that we may be one or two minutes late, and they let us know our appointment was at 4:20 instead 😭 we showed up at 4:30 exactly, and they wanted to charge us a $99 walk in fee. Where do I begin. If you are in dire need of animal services. DO NOT GO HERE!!! These people will take advantage of you and you will end up like my poor lil pup did.. DEAD!! THE VETERINARIAN ON CALL DID NOT EVEN TOUCH MY POOR PUP just assumed it was parvo. Then when we said we couldn't afford an overnight stay at 500 plus tab is still undetermined we decided to take the pup home. The Vet tech comes in and gives us An IV bag and some meds and sends us home. That cost 380 dollars to be Dr do little at home. What kind of place ... read more
So I want to share my story with everybody because I just can't get over how everything went down. So we had recently got a puppy he was only 8 weeks old. He got very ill started throwing up not keeping any fluid down we took him to the petroglyph animal hospital. My brother paid 100 for the puppy to get an exam they veterinarian i feel like barely touched the dog and told us it was parvo did a test came back negative but they prescribe it for parvo anyway which was another 300. Absolutely Not,Our puppy passed away due to there incompetence in diagnosis and neglect of our little guy.The vet absolutely sucked.She only showed herself once within in the hrs there,She didnt even exam,hold or check his vitals.There all about making money ,not about the animals in there care and totally taking advantage of the families situation with there sick furry family member.AS they proved to do to us.Our little guy passed away as a result of misdiagnosis were all so heartbroken.As for the people at petroglyph,They ... read more
My experience was far from professional. An employee here took it upon herself to make judgements about something she knew nothing about right in front of us! Might want to try being a little more professional.
called about a dog we had found and needs to be seen. They stated to take to animal humane to be seen as I dont know if I can afford the medical cost as the dog is favoring one of its hind legs. This was after waiting 25 minutes on hold. I see all the stories on their FB page but didnt receive that type of service they claim.
worse place to take ur pet ever.. do not take them here. negative nope... worse animal hospital ever...
RecommendedExcellent Vet. Dr Lavin took great care of Hachi. She is very through actually sits with you and takes time explaining in simple terms so we understood. My human Dr. could take lessons from her. 😁
