RecommendedOur 14yo dog had a history of seizures and was on meds for a seizure disorder. She had a fatal seizure the night of Jan 4th and because it was 8:30pm on a Saturday our vet's office was closed. They were open so we took our dog there while she was seizing. We are incredibly disappointed in Petroglyph Animal Hospital. We went to them when we had to say goodbye to our 16 year old cat, Linnus on December 30th. This was an incredibly painful time for us and we were very heartbroken. I paid for his cremation, paw print and told the guy right then and there that we wanted some fur shavings. We also brought it up 2 other different times during the course of the night that we wanted some shavings of his fur. RecommendedOur 18 year old cat suddenly fell very ill last night and we knew it was time to let her go. We called Petroglyph animal hospital 20 minutes before closing and asked if we could bring her in, not only did they say yes but they stayed open late to help us with this painful decision. Dr. Ku and the rest of the staff took showed great care and concern and provided amazing service. Thank you for being there in our time of need.
