I have been a customer for 16 years and I needed emergency service today and was told they don't have an appointment for a week. Horrible customer service.
Called for service and appointment scheduled for next day from 8-12. Got a call at 10:00 and said technician would arrive by 2:00. At 5:30 they said I was next appointment. I rescheduled for Monday. Same run around. 8-12. Then 12-2. Then next appointment. Still waiting.
My family has been a customer of Petro for many years... and its always been a pleasure when they do any kind of work for us. Good job, Petro!
