Had some trouble with my system after it was installed in July of 2025 which was finally fixed properly in April 2026 - Petro made good on their promise to fix the unit and found a leak which they fixed - I do hope they will grant me an extended warranty just in case there is another problem. Time will tell - time did tell - they never sent me or adjusted a proper warranty - woman promised me they would send an extended one since had so many problems but they never did

I have been a customer for 16 years and I needed emergency service today and was told they don't have an appointment for a week. Horrible customer service.

Called for service and appointment scheduled for next day from 8-12. Got a call at 10:00 and said technician would arrive by 2:00. At 5:30 they said I was next appointment. I rescheduled for Monday. Same run around. 8-12. Then 12-2. Then next appointment. Still waiting.
