First time having a home with oil for hot water and heat. I was so nervous about what I needed to do I called Petro and spoke to Kelly Bachur, she was so helpful. She put my worries to rest. I am very thankful for her help. I told my husband speaking to her was like we have been friends forever.

In July, we had full hvac system (furnace and ac) replaced by Petro. They did a great job. They finished on time and the system has been running like a champ even in this 100 summer heat! Crew was knowledgeable, clean and made sure to not make a mess, respectful, and thorough. They also took the time to explain the AC system and controls in detail. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ricardo did my service to my oil burner and air conditioner. I could not be happier with the care he took to ensure my equipment was in tip top shape ready for the up coming heating season.

They came to change the furnace. They installed the wrong furnace instead of what was on the contract, and they couldn’t even do that right so they wired the stuff so wrong that the AC has also been taken out. Of course they don’t answer phones on the weekend and on Friday afternoon because they’d rather play golf than face their responsibilities. They have done extensive property damage to our basement floor, patio door rail, and hardwood floor and stairs because the installers decided they didn’t want to put down a blanket... read more
