Had a service technician arrived promptly and was very personable, taking the time to answer the questions I had about my issue. He was well-informed and explained what happened and why. He also cleaned up after himself, which was very impressive.

My son and daughter-in-law foolishly signed a contract with this company. Then they had financial problems because he was out of work and despite him telling Petro not to deliver oil anymore because they couldn’t afford it, Petro continued to deliver oil, Put them in collections, and put a lien on their house. I told him to put a lock on his oil fill valve and have them arrested for trespassing, but unfortunately, he did not do that. Outstanding company to deal with, always courteous, friendly & concerned. Appontments set & you are notified ahead that personnel will be arriving within the hour. Never had a complaint with employees or service (having used other similar companies I cannot say the same for them). Petro is efficient....give them a try you will not be disappointed. a satisfied customer for quite awhile.
