Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Would you recommend this orthopedic surgeon to others? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor
