I had a pretty lousy experience with service at Petrie. I brought in my vehicle multiple times for a persistent front end noise. I'd drop off my vehicle before 9AM and they wouldn't look at it til 3 or later. I have a GPS in my vehicle so I was able to see that during both visits they did a 30 second drive around the building before calling me and saying it's fine. Got me in quickly for an appointment on my overdue oil change. We were able to wait while we got it done and got our car back in a few hours (we aren't from the area so had no other transportation) and were able to do the rest of our days activities! Thanks so much Petrie Ford!

I loved the pick up and delivery option when I got my car serviced! Please keep this after COVID! I appreciated not losing time from my work day or having to coordinate rides!
