Very friendly staff. Loved how they had TVs for you to watch while youre laid back. She let me choose what I wanted to watch on Netflix. Obviously chose The Office. Will be going here for years to come. 10/10
THE GOOD We selected this dentaloffice based on it's positive online reviews(google/yelp) and our initial visits were positive. The office took appropriate COVID-19 precautions, hygienistswere friendly and Dr. Petrie performed fast and thorough work with a sense of humor. THE BAD Fast forward a few visits later... The wife needed some fairly major dental work so after x-rays weretaken, the doctor reviewed everythingand we visited the office to go over treatment options. Dr. Petrie and his staff are the highest quality dental care team in the Tacoma and Seattle area. From Hollie the hygienist & Gosia the assistant, to Dr. Petrie himself, you won’t be able to find a more relaxing or high quality setting. The management team is incredibly helpful with insurance, billing, and is warm and welcoming. I’m about 7 months pregnant and had to have a 2 hour appointment. My family has needed a new dentist for awhile. I came across this office while looking on the web. I was intrigued by the professional website and friendly staff on the phone. They got my daughter in the next day and I have an appointment in just under a month. I was cautiously hesitant however. I had a bad experience once with another fancy dentist office.
