I had a very limited experience with Petrali roofing, but found them to be, at best, unscrupulous. My property management company had them do temporary repair to the roof of a rental property after a hail storm that occurred on June of 2018. I knew nothing about it until there was a $500 deduction from the rent. After a little research, I found out that the $500 was a charge from Petrali to nail a couple of small pieces of tarp over a couple of hail stone penetrations. We are sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience with us. Your roof had multiple large holes and leaks throughout and the property manager was very concerned with protecting your home from further damages. Emergency Mitigation is an emergency and can be rather expensive, but less than the alternatives. There are mitigation companies that would have torn out portions of your ceiling and placed a tarp over your entire roof. My home was hit by hail on June 13, 2018. I was referred to Petrali Roofing. I made the decision to go with this company before looking at reviews on BBB. After looking at their 2 reviews, I was nervous I had made a mistake... This company was great to work with! They came to my home the same day to board my broken windows and look at my roof. I had a terrible experience with this company from start to finish It started with high pressure sales tactics and ended with questions about their billing tactics. I Donot recommend this company to anyone!!!!!.

I had wind and hail damage to my roof. In searching the Colorado Springs area I found that not many roofers would deal with a home owner directly, they only wanted to talk to the insurance company. Petrali was one of the few. Like most roofers I spoke with they were backlogged and would not get to my roof for about a month weather permitting. Petrali Roofing had not contacted my property management company for a rental property even though it was specifically stated and asked to make sure it was done. Only comm with property management that it was going to be done. But it was clearly rqsted & documented that they are to contact prior to install. My wife and I called **** at Petrali Roofing and he basically took care of everything. **** is fun to.work with and took care of the estimate and the hail damaged roof is replaced and we were happy to have it fixed.
Let me preface this review with the statement that we had our roof replaced three years ago by a different company so therefore have a benchmark comparison to write this commentary. Although no issue resolution is required, I felt that this info should be shared with the community.
