I would NEVER recommend using Petra Property management or MIKE BAXTER! They are slum lords. I’m having to sue him over $300 pro rated rent due back to me, he even moved someone in on the rent I paid, tree limbs fell down and damaged my car after asking them for 6 months to cut them back. He lies and goes back on his word. Nasty, rude, thieves, SLUM LORDS! Do not rent from them! Biggest mistake you’ll make!
